This specific microlot is from Raquel Lasso, owner and operator of Finca La Bohemia and President of Fundación Agraria y Ambiental Para el Desarrollo Sostentible(FUDAM). FUDAM is a 300-member association of organic-certified (and Rainforest Alliance–certified) growers that was founded in 2000 by just seven producers who shared a vision of sustainable agriculture as well as environmental protection and development. 

This isn't your everyday cup of coffee. We are very excited to release this higher quality coffee to our Knoxville coffee lovers. At 20g per cup these tins hold 3 cups of coffee. We recommend it to be enjoyed as Espresso or Pour-Over for the best cup
